# 燃烧卡路里大作战 # 滴,打卡第3天 中午下了课就回家里了,自己煮了豆腐汤喝,加了菜鸡蛋和虾仁,好多都埋在豆腐下面了所以也没有照出来。因为平时很少吃饭今天的汤也没有配米饭就直接吃了,还是有点咸的。 在亚米买的小鱼干到了,下午吃了好几袋,晚上也不饿了,就是喝了很多水。零食真的要节制不然咸到要没知觉了。不过也变相说明还是好吃的。 今天是蛋白质爆棚的一天。
