After waking up in the morning, follow youtube's 30-minute whole body fitness and keep body stretching
Breakfast is two eggs and a glass of hot milk
At noon there is a 10-minute standing ab workout and a 6-minute workout
Lunch is boiled chicken breast and cauliflower as shown in Figure 1 🥦
30 minutes full body workout at night
I forgot to take a photo for dinner, but it is 150g boiled shrimp ➕ seaweed shrimp soup ➕ boiled cauliflower 🥦
Take a 20-minute jog on the elliptical before bed

午餐是图一的清水煮鸡胸肉和花椰菜🥦
晚上是30分钟的全身workout
晚餐忘了拍不过是150克清水煮虾➕紫菜虾米汤➕水煮花椰菜🥦
睡前在椭圆机慢走20分钟
