5 small apples (you can put only three small apples ),
3 eggs (two in the picture I temporarily added one)
80g low-gluten flour,
120g milk (any milk is fine, I use Oat Milk),

「 炸雞廚房」超健康蘋果🍎隱形蛋糕

/滴,打卡第15天/這款我參考的食譜都叫蘋果隱形蛋糕,但我覺得叫蘋果千層布丁比較合適。可能也是因為我的製作過程稍微不太一樣,做出來口感和味道都很像很像雞蛋布丁一樣嫩嫩的🍮


想要做這個的目的就是消耗家裡的青蘋果(買了一大袋發現有點澀不適合直接吃,就想做甜點)。一個蛋糕裡面有足足5顆蘋果,但烤過之後軟軟嫩嫩,應該是不愛吃水果的小朋友也會吃的甜點🍭。

材料:
5個小蘋果(個頭大一點的蘋果可以只放三個),
3個雞蛋(圖上是兩個我臨時加了一個)
80克低筋麵粉,
120克奶(什麼奶都可以,我用的Oat Milk),
香草精適量,

泡打粉少許(沒有可不加),

Stevia5克或白砂糖20克(這個因為蘋果本身有甜味,加的少一點也沒關係)

*圖裡的黃油我沒用上,因為想著健康一點就用奶代替了黃油,如果想成品奶香味更濃可以把20克奶換成20克融化的黃油

因為急著消耗蘋果,所以份量是我自己看著配的,整個做下來,我覺得這個蛋糕的優點就是它對材料配比要求沒有這麼精確,簡單易做還美味。

首先雞蛋加入盆裡完全打散,最好用電動打蛋器達到有點發白(懶的話可以不需要)。

蛋液裡加入奶,糖和香草精充分打勻。

再加入低筋麵粉和泡打粉攪拌均勻,麵糊就完成了(簡單到不可思議🤣🤣🤣)

蘋果削皮切成薄片。有的食譜所可以用瓜皮到削成薄片,我覺得用水果刀切也挺快的。為了防止氧化可以把切好的放到清水裡泡著備用。

蘋果薄片濾乾水加到麵糊裡面,讓每一個蘋果片都裹上麵糊(蘋果不能太少了最好加到麵糊剛好裹完,不然蘋果烤出來會浮到上面,下面就和雞蛋布丁蛋糕分層了)

倒入墊了油紙的方形烤盤裡(或者六寸蛋糕模也是不錯的選擇,烤出來比較厚)

烤箱預熱180度下層烤40分鐘左右(自己注意烤箱的脾氣喔)

烤好的就是這樣啦!🤩🤩

烤好之後不要急著吃,熱著切可能蘋果會出水,最好要冷卻後先放到冰箱冷藏一晚上再切來吃。

冷藏了一晚上拿出來,我一共切了八塊每塊都蠻大的,雖然不是很厚但是也完全可以看清楚一層一層的蘋果啦!

如果按照這個方子,而且用代糖的話一塊的熱量就100卡左右,甜度和風味也基本上靠蘋果。

我個人是非常愛吃這款蛋糕(或者應該叫甜品?因為口感真的不太像蛋糕),本身我也愛吃粉的或者烤過的軟蘋果。
