Lunch's DIY Octopus Balls

I haven't made small balls for a year.

I really don't have much appetite to eat in summer.

Just make a snack.

Ingredients: Takoyaki powder, bonito flakes, chopped seaweed, takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, spring onion, octopus feet, oil.
If you are making it for the first time, you can make half of it now, or you can turn off the quick switch if you are afraid of burning the octopus balls. Then slowly adjust the octopus balls.
I am already skilled, and I will pour a tablespoon into the machine.
Slowly adjust, shape the takoyaki into small balls.  I want the crust to be crispy. So it will be browned a bit.
Add the desired seasoning as shown.
Put bonito flakes on top, and a plate of fragrant DIY takoyaki is ready.
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The taste is quite good.
I make one plate at the same time, and then make another plate.
This machine has been used from 2014 to 2019, and this is its last use.
Because of uneven heating, it also started to stick to the bottom.

午餐的·DIY 章鱼小丸子

已经一年没做小丸子吃了。

夏天真的没什么胃口吃饭。

就做点小零食。

材料:章鱼烧粉,柴鱼片,海苔碎,章鱼烧酱,美乃滋,葱,章鱼脚,油。
如果大家是第一次制作,可以现在做一半,或者怕章鱼丸烤焦,可以把快关关掉。然后慢慢调整章鱼丸。
我是已经熟练,都会一大勺的倒进机器里。
慢慢的调整,把章鱼烧弄成小圆球。 我希望外皮脆·。所以会烤焦黄一些。
如图,放上所需的调料。
放上柴鱼片,一碟香喷喷的自己DIY的章鱼烧就做好咯。
外皮酥脆,内里嫩滑。口感相当的赞。
我是一边做好一碟,接着制作另外一盘。
这台机器从2014年用到了2019年,这次也是它的最后一次使用了。
因为受热不均匀,也开始粘底。
