In fact, 巴蜀懒人 self-heating hot pot has been on the market for almost two years, and I remember it as the originator of self-heating hot pot. I just found out about it and planting grass is in Yami! In the past two years, I only tried the spicy pork version when I returned to China, and I haven't tried the vegetarian version yet. Easy preparation:

Put the vermicelli (I put it at the bottom, which is easier to cook), the base; I only added the hot pot base2/3, it turns out enough, extra would be too salty.

Compared to the basics, there should be some, mainly because of the relationship between vegetarian dishes, less meat products, more dried tofu; vegetable packs are quite satisfactory, I am in I have eaten enoki mushrooms in the United States, but not this one.

It is really cheap to buy lazy hot pot in China, and you can buy the meat version, but this is not comparable, after all, we are in the United States. So just let everyone see the comparison of the contents inside, and don't make a bad evaluation. But the taste of the base is the same.

Meat version ingredients:

It has more braised eggs and ham sausage than the vegetarian version; and it is an old-fashioned vermicelli. This vermicelli is super delicious and can be said to be the essence of this hot pot. .

The vegetarian version has less meat and eggs, and the dining tool is a small plastic fork.


Overall this self-heating hot pot is by far the best I've ever had,pk span>Kao Yumei, Xiaolongkan, Dezhuang, Deyi celebrity chef, Guoba. It is also the only self-heating hot pot that I am willing to repurchase. I hope 巴蜀懒人 will launch its own hot pot base! !

自热火锅中的佼佼者 |巴蜀懒人自热火锅【附素菜版肉版对比】

其实巴蜀懒人自热火锅已经火了快两年了,印象中是自热火锅的鼻祖。我刚刚知道它并种草就是在亚米!两年中,我只回国尝试了麻辣肉版,素菜版至今还没尝试过。正好趁这回买二赠一,买了两盒回来尝试~


包装看着就很让人有尝试的冲动。


 






打开里面的食材还是比较基础的,除了大部分自热火锅会有的发热包、底料包、蔬菜包、粉丝/粉条外,还有一包豆腐包(就是豆腐干),还有一包香油(芝麻油)。


 






懒人火锅的优点就是真的特别方便。只需要一瓶纯净水,何时何地都能享受美味。不会懒人火锅不能带上飞机,所以最好就是在自驾、camping或者火车上吃。


准备过程简单:

放入粉丝(我放在最底层,比较容易熟)、底料;火锅底料我只加了2/3,事实证明够了,多加会太咸。


 





再马上蔬菜,蔬菜包里有笋片、藕片、土豆片和木耳;


 





加入豆腐干;


 





小心加水到盒子高度一半就差不多了,多了会溢出来。


 





然后把下层发热包除去塑料包装,加入冷水没过发热包,静等15分钟就可以了。这段时间真的可以用热气腾腾形容,你会听到咕嘟咕嘟的响声。



 





等声响节奏变慢,你就可以开锅了。

我自己加了点火腿肠,这一顿就肉菜齐全啦。

我在巴蜀懒人之前吃过不少类似的自煮火锅,所以本次测评横向比较。满分5🌟


材料丰富性:🌟🌟🌟🌟

比较基础,该有的都有,主要因为是素菜的关系,少了肉类制品,多了豆干;蔬菜包比较中规中矩,我在与美款中吃到过金针菇,这款没有。


底料美味度:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

巴蜀懒人家的火锅底料是我吃过最香最好吃的,咸度偏咸一点点,但如果只放2/3包底料就差不多了。而且他家底料不死咸,有层次,够麻够辣,吃完还口有余香。



 





食材美味度:🌟🌟🌟🌟

其实基本上只要底料好吃,整体就不会难吃到哪里去了。素菜包都好吃,粉丝的话一般,其实我更喜欢有嚼劲粉条,国内肉版配的是红薯粉条,超级好吃。豆腐干中上,口味很好,就是我不是很喜欢脆脆的口感。整体扣一星。

素菜版vs.国内肉版


国内买懒人火锅真的还蛮便宜的,而且可以买到肉版,不过这点比不了,毕竟我们身处美帝。所以只是让大家看看里头内容物的对比,不做好坏评价。不过底料的好吃程度是一样的。


包装:基本一致;素菜版为USA专供。


 



肉版食材:

比素菜版多卤蛋和火腿肠;而且是旧时候的粉条,这款粉条超级超级好吃,可以说是这款火锅中的精华。

而且还附带筷子😀


 



 




素菜版相比起来少了肉和蛋,而且就餐工具是一把塑料小叉。


总体来说这款自热火锅是目前为止我吃过最好吃的,pk掉与美、小龙坎、德庄、德艺名厨、锅霸。也是我唯一愿意回购的自热火锅。好希望巴蜀懒人推出自己的火锅底料!!
