This topic just caught up with me and I am indeed losing weight, so I will use 30 days to record how I eat and what I practice! I also welcome friends who are also losing weight to urge me!
Soymilk + oreo-flavored small circles in the morning, this tastes great, and there are marshmallow-like things in it~ In the morning, I also ate whole wheat bagel with my own pickled black pepper thin steak and fried eggs. I bought it yesterday. I haven't eaten that coconut dessert yet. I'll share the duck with you when I reward myself someday~
Had a Beef Burger at noon (no way out) + Diet Coke
I was too hungry at night to go home and cook and ate Chipotle's CHicken Bowl~
The first day is still healthy~
I have a busy day outside today, and I exercise a lot. I will see if I will drop the scale tomorrow.
