老干妈的口味系列很多.

其中我最爱的是【香辣脆·Spicy Chili Crisp

口味就是那种咸咸的.甜甜的.微辣的.

里面还有香脆的豆豆.

特别好下饭.也是各种百搭酱料.

今天用它来做炒虾炒金针菇:


1:热锅后.加油.加老干妈1-2.爆炒葱花.

2:加入虾仁和金针菇.炒几分钟.

3:适量蚝油.白砂糖..麻油.盐巴.鸡精.

4:翻炒几分钟.出锅!
