[Recommended&Note]

①Before brewing, you can simply wash it with warm water, and then use 100℃ brewed in boiling water, followed by repeated brewing several times until tasteless.

②It is best to drink less of the cold in the spleen and stomach. Drinking more cool chrysanthemum tea can easily cause stomach discomfort and lead to acid reflux.

③Some people like to add a few rock sugar to increase the taste. It is okay to add rock sugar to chrysanthemum tea, but for people with diabetes or high blood sugar, it is best not to add sugar and drink chrysanthemum alone.

天干物燥,来杯菊花茶清热解暑



 




最近天气干燥,加上开学季太忙碌造成喉咙略不舒服,心火也有点旺,就买了一包菊花茶来帮助清热解毒,明目清肝来调节平衡自己的身体状况。



 




菊花花瓣含有多种氨基酸成分,还富含维生素及铁、锌、铜、硒等微量元素,是一般蔬果无法比拟的作用。

菊花味甘苦,性微寒,但菊花含有多种营养物质,具有抗菌、抗病毒、解热、抗衰老等作用. 菊花也适宜与多种花、茶一起泡水饮用的养生保健佳品。



 




菊花饮用方式很多样化,如若家中食材有限,仅是热水冲饮,外加一点蜂蜜就是非常好喝的【蜜菊茶】,具有养肝明目、生津止渴、清心健脑、润肠等作用。

若加入些枸杞就是【枸杞明菊茶】,能化淤消脂、清凉降压、减肥轻身。


【建议&注意】

①冲泡之前可以温水简单清洗一下,再用100℃的开水冲泡,后续是可以反复冲泡几次直至无味。

②脾胃虚寒最好少喝,多喝性凉的菊花茶容易引起胃部不适,导致反酸。

③有人喜欢加上几颗冰糖以增加口感。菊花茶加冰糖是可以的,但是对于患有糖尿病或血糖偏高的人,最好别加糖,单喝菊花。



 




好的菊花茶泡开后,花朵舒展开来,好像活了一样,非常有活力,生气。让人看了就心旷神怡~
