湾区越南粉探店:Pho VN

前两天吃了一碗速食的越南粉🇻🇳,结果我就按耐不住了。所以,今天就去了一家越南餐馆吃真正的越南粉😋

这家 Pho VN Vietnamese Restaurant 位于北加州Union Cityyelp上评分有四星(蛮高分的哦)

地理位置也不错,在一个小小的mall里面,很方便停车🅿️






首先他们的menu我就挺喜欢,这个质地和模样看起来就有点高级😂

价格也是很友好,普通的越南粉phomedium$11large$13(但是建议medium就够了,large的够两个人吃饱...






于是我就点了这个medium的经典phobeef combo

里面不仅有一大堆特色越南粉,还有牛百叶牛筋牛肉丸牛腱片还有生的牛肉薄片(生的也不要怕,因为汤很热,把肉片埋到最下面就可以了,半分钟就能熟)。

还有一些九层塔和一大把生芽菜用另一个碟子装着,大家可以随意拌到汤里。⚠️不过一定要一上来就拌进去,过多一两分钟汤没那么烫了,芽菜就烫不熟了。

上面是烤牛肉和虾,肉有点甜甜的味道很不错👌,还有一些炸花生碎和酸萝卜丝。附赠的还有一碗汤和鱼露(???)。鱼露闻起来有点腥腥的,接受不了的人可以不拌下去,但个人建议可以放一到两勺,味道有点惊喜~






这个fried shrimp cake 简直是整顿饭的点睛之笔,太赞了👍

外面炸的香脆的腐皮,包裹着里面鲜嫩多汁的虾滑🦐(真的很多肉汁流出来!我现在想起来都在流口水🤤)虾滑一点都不假,可以吃到真正的虾肉👌蘸着附赠的泰式甜辣酱,解了油炸的腻,同时又带来不一样的味蕾冲击~


整顿饭吃下来,结账时加税后$36 不到,实惠到家了!
