我家最爱菜谱之一,

日本豆腐又称鸡蛋豆腐、玉子豆腐、蛋玉晶,

其质感类似豆腐,但是不是豆制品制成,

它以鸡蛋为主要原料,植物蛋白、天然调味料等,

经科学配方精制而成,

具有豆腐之爽滑鲜嫩,鸡蛋之美味清香.


虾仁豆腐做法除了要小心别切碎豆腐外,

步骤也很简单:


①把日本豆腐切块,蒜切末备用,

②日本豆腐裹淀粉,四面煎金黄捞出备用,

③蒜沫爆锅,下煎好的豆腐,加入老抽、生抽、蚝油、盐等等。

④再加点少量水,豆腐炖煮差不多了就加入虾仁🍤.

⑤最后快要收汁时先把豆腐夹出摆盘,虾仁放在豆腐上,撒葱花,最后把酱汁倒在上面,就可以享用了。
