kecap manis是东南亚经常会用到的一种甜酱油,质地较厚,罐装,品牌是ABC

(蚝油我比较喜欢用旧庄的,蚝汁的味道比其他牌子重,李锦记的普通产品蚝油是糖份更多来提鲜)


自己做的手擀面果然没有机制的那么筋道(尤其在没有压面机的情况下)解放上手了✌️

(从加面粉刀出面差不多时间是20几分钟,还是挺快的,就是清洗起来比较麻烦,还会有比较多的面团剩余
