夠麻夠辣的水煮魚食譜~

一直覺得水煮魚是一道只有去餐廳才能吃到的廚師級料理,今天超開心能做出這麼好吃的水煮魚~~

來和大家分享一下如何做出和下面這張照片裡一樣的水煮魚~ 🐟🐟🐟


我的秘訣就是

拿醃魚料包和半包醬料包把魚肉醃上就可以燒水了~

我這裡用了三條魚排,完全沒有提前處理或者醃製,也不用煎。我買的是超市凍櫃的catfish,裡面每個魚排都是單獨包裝的,很方便!👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻



切成bite size醃製。



把剩下的的醬料包放入沸騰的水裡,剛剛在醃製的魚肉一同下鍋,煮5分鐘。

把煮好的一鍋倒出來,然後把乾料包灑在表面,另外拿一個平底鍋,倒入大概1/2 cup的油,燒熱,淋在表面的乾料上,會發出滋滋的聲音~

於是就做出了文章最開始的水煮魚啦!!!😋😋😋

海底撈這包不會太辣,但是夠麻!
