Materials: 1 pound of diced pork (half fat and lean is best), sweet noodle sauce, dry yellow sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, soy sauce


First, dilute half a packet of dried yellow sauce with water, add sweet noodle sauce, and set aside for later use. Then put a lot of oil to fry the pork, about twice as much oil as usual (there is no way I know everyone wants to lose weight, but that's what they want), and stir-fry the pork. When it is eight mature, you can put the sweet noodle sauce and dry yellow sauce, stir fry, and then add a large bowl of water.



Boil at this time, you can taste the salty taste, and then add sugar in an appropriate amount. After the taste is adjusted, you can start frying the sauce. Since a lot of oil is put in front, the oil in the pot will fry the water of the ingredients at this time, turn the fire to medium and low heat, so that the flavor of the ingredients can be fully integrated into the sauce. Boil for about 5 minutes, and the sauce thickens immediately.




The noodles are served with cucumbers and bean sprouts, and served with fried sauce. For my amount, two people can eat3 times. And because the sauce is covered with oil, it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 22weeks.

炸酱面

大家好我是饼子的大表妹,今天给大家说的是炸酱面。炸酱面,顾名思义就是要用油炸去炸酱料。虽然身为南方人从小没吃过,但是上次室友的妈妈来做了一次,觉得超级好吃,而且非常方便。这次做的是基本款,还可以放一下香菇丁,鸡蛋,豆干之类的,根据自己需求做调节。





材料:猪肉丁一磅(半肥瘦最好),甜面酱,干黄酱,老抽,糖,酱油


首先拿水把半包干黄酱稀释,加入甜面酱,搁置一边待用。随后放大量的油炒猪肉,油量大概比平常多一倍(没办法我知道大家都要减肥,但就是要这样的),翻炒猪肉。抄至八成熟就可以放进甜面酱干黄酱,翻炒,然后加入大碗清水。



这时候煮一下,就可以尝一下咸味,然后适量加入白糖。味道调整之后,就可以开始炸酱了。由于前面放了大量的油,这时候锅里的油就会炸食材的水份,大火转中小火,让食材的味道充分融合到酱汁里。熬制5分钟左右,酱汁变浓稠即刻。




面条配上黄瓜跟豆芽,浇上炸酱就可以开吃了。我这份量,两人可以吃3次。而且由于有油分覆盖酱,可以放在冰箱2星期左右。
