Seaweed, kimchi with scallops and Shin ramen go well together, and in a few simple steps, you can upgrade to a deluxe version of kimchi seafood noodles.
This combination is delicious in both soup noodles and mixed noodles. Since the seaweed is crispy, I personally think it will taste better when made into mixed noodles. The method of noodles is also shared here.
Cook the instant noodles, soak the vegetables that come with Shin Ramen until soft, drain the water, mix in half of the Shin Ramen seasoning powder, stir well, add kimchi, scallops and seaweed, and you’re ready to go!
The kimchi that comes with the set menu is not very spicy and not particularly sour, which is much better than the big pot of kimchi I bought in the supermarket. The scallop meat is soft and firm without any sand. The seaweed is tempura seaweed, which is particularly crispy and not greasy. The amount of the three ingredients is most suitable for 1-2 servings of noodles. I really love this combination, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
