海苔,泡菜加扇贝和辛拉面太搭了,简单几步升级成豪华版韩式泡菜海鲜拌面。
这个搭配做成汤面和拌面都好吃,由于海苔是脆的,所以我个人觉得做成拌面口感会好,这里分享的也是拌面做法。
煮熟泡面,把辛拉面自带的蔬菜干泡软,滤干水分,拌入一半的辛拉面调料粉搅拌均匀,放入泡菜,扇贝和海苔,就可以开吃啦!
套餐中配的泡菜不是很辣,也不会特别酸,比我在超市里买的大罐泡菜好吃很多。扇贝肉质柔软又紧实,没有沙子。海苔是天妇罗海苔,特别酥脆也不油腻。三种配料的量做1-2份拌面最为合适。这个搭配我真的爱了,强烈推荐给大家!
