因为这个酱🉑️用来腌🉑️用来蘸
把牛肉片分了1/3 用酱腌制
到开吃的时候大概腌制了2小时
盐蒜酱色泽金黄
有些偏咸 蒜味很浓香完全不刺激
没有腌制的牛肉片吃起来肉味很足很香
蘸上盐蒜酱后 有着两种层次的香味
腌制过的肉变得非常软嫩
但是肉香味相对被减弱
味道依然很好 更适合配着白饭
这是一款咸香口味浓的酱汁
吃惯了韩式甜酱和日式烧烤酱
偶尔换一下真不错
