流心奶黃是固態的喔，需要在吃之前放入微波爐叮30 - 45秒.

看得到中間的奶黃已經是濃稠的流動液態了. 吃起來會有流沙包的感覺，不過沒有流沙餡的顆粒感. 很香，當然甜度也是非常足的.
