# 圣诞节氛围感 # 這款久違的XO醬海鮮味湯麵,湯料包是用辣椒片、扇貝、紅蒜頭配製而成,湯底是偏淡黃色的,雖然表面看不出明顯的辣椒,但是有點微微辣,辣度是完全不吃辣的我都可以接受的。XO醬的味道是濃濃的,可是感覺沒吃到有很明顯的海鮮味,湯底的味道還是不錯的,麵也是挺爽口的!唯一美中不足的就是在運輸過程中麵有點壓碎,但絲毫不影響啊,要是全碎的話可以做成乾撈麵,一樣很好吃! 雖說方便麵是快手餐,但我泡方便麵的方式比較迂迴,通常都是先用開水把麵泡開了就把水倒掉,如果泡出來的水顏色比較深的話會在泡一次,但出前一丁的麵餅質量還是不錯的,泡的第一次水基本還是清澈見底的,而且幾乎不油。把泡開了的方便麵放到碗裡,再倒入調料包,最後加入熱水攪拌到調味料融化就可以啦! 我買的是超值五包裝的,比單包買來說更划算喔!
