Tiaotou cake is a special product in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. It is a traditional specialty cake. It is an oblong cake made of glutinous rice flour with a fine sandy heart. Because it is filled with bean paste, it is also called "Xiasha Toutiao Cake".
