I like to cook and eat when I have nothing to do at home during the winter vacation, and I have been practicing pasta recently. I made mung bean buns two days ago, and today I made red bean buns with my own red bean filling. Also gave a concave shape hahaha.

 The steamer of this rice cooker is really easy to use. The rice cooker below is really big. I cook a lot of rice every time and freeze it. After I heat it, it will look like fresh.

Although it is a bit crowded, it is okay to put it down. Steam it in cold water for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for about five minutes. I forgot to put a piece of baking paper on it this time, it's better to cover it to prevent moisture from affecting the shape of the bun.

一朵豆包花

寒假在家没事就喜欢做做吃的,最近在练习面食。前两天做了绿豆沙包,今天用自己熬的红豆馅做了红豆包。还给凹了个造型哈哈哈。

 aroma这个电饭锅的蒸锅真好用,下面电饭锅确实特别大,每次都煮很多米冻起来,之后热一下就跟新鲜的一样了。

红豆煮烂之后搅拌机打成泥再下锅加糖炒干就成馅了。我会留一部分红豆颗粒拌在里面。

发酵一个小时之后整形切成五十克的面团之后放馅包起来。我这次做成菊花的形状哈哈哈,喜欢一瓣一瓣掰着吃。

虽然有点挤但还好放的下,冷水上锅蒸10分钟之后关火焖五分钟左右就好了。我这次忘记在上面盖一个烘焙纸了,盖上防止水汽影响包子的形状比较好。
