a bean flower
I like to cook and eat when I have nothing to do at home during the winter vacation, and I have been practicing pasta recently. I made mung bean buns two days ago, and today I made red bean buns with my own red bean filling. Also gave a concave shape hahaha.
The steamer of this rice cooker is really easy to use. The rice cooker below is really big. I cook a lot of rice every time and freeze it. After I heat it, it will look like fresh.
After the red beans are boiled, the blender will puree them, then add sugar and stir-fry them to make the stuffing. I will leave some of the red bean granules to mix in.
I use soy milk to mix the noodles, basically it looks like it will fall down. I think the weights I searched on the Internet are too dry.
After fermenting for an hour, shape and cut into 50 grams of dough and wrap it with stuffing. This time I made it into the shape of a chrysanthemum hahaha, I like to eat it one by one.
Although it is a bit crowded, it is okay to put it down. Steam it in cold water for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for about five minutes. I forgot to put a piece of baking paper on it this time, it's better to cover it to prevent moisture from affecting the shape of the bun.
The taste is not bad, not too sweet and fluffy 😆😆😆😆

一朵豆包花
寒假在家没事就喜欢做做吃的,最近在练习面食。前两天做了绿豆沙包,今天用自己熬的红豆馅做了红豆包。还给凹了个造型哈哈哈。
aroma这个电饭锅的蒸锅真好用,下面电饭锅确实特别大,每次都煮很多米冻起来,之后热一下就跟新鲜的一样了。
红豆煮烂之后搅拌机打成泥再下锅加糖炒干就成馅了。我会留一部分红豆颗粒拌在里面。
皮我都用豆奶和面,基本是看着倒的,网上搜的分量我觉得都太干了还是要自己一点一点看着加
发酵一个小时之后整形切成五十克的面团之后放馅包起来。我这次做成菊花的形状哈哈哈,喜欢一瓣一瓣掰着吃。
虽然有点挤但还好放的下,冷水上锅蒸10分钟之后关火焖五分钟左右就好了。我这次忘记在上面盖一个烘焙纸了,盖上防止水汽影响包子的形状比较好。
味道还不错不是很甜松松软软的😆😆😆😆

Great, but do you need to knead the dough more for the second time? It doesn't feel smooth
厉害,不过那啥面团第二次是不是还要再多揉下?感觉不太光滑呢
