食(huò)用(hài)公仔面的n种方法+海欣鱼豆腐及蟹黄卷

话说公仔面到底是什么,我并不知道()。反正我也不是香港人,所以就随便吃了(喂)。

👌,以下正文。


先说面。非常古老的方便面感没什么特别出彩也没什么特别不好的地方,非要说的话和出前一丁有点像?【换句话说就是普通的方便面饼,记忆里十年前那种(喂)】


味道的话:很淡,但绝对够鲜。这么说来也和出前一丁有些像。有一些冬菜味,如果不知道冬菜是什么的话就是种腌大白菜(喂)。咸口的,不甜不酸不苦不辣,有些腌菜特有的味道(和没说一样然鹅我完全不知道如何描述啊喂)。味道还是很不错的,我朋友吃汤面的时候感动(?)得把汤都喝了一脸幸福(?)ps. 生菜煮完叶柄(?)部分有些甜丝丝的,推荐。


说实话,收到了之后我其实是惊讶的毕竟亚米的图片上看起来有点劣质???



一对比亚米上那个,实物看起来还好吧👆(至少我觉得比MAMA那个看起来正版😂由于我不信任MAMA的包装,我从来没买过那个牌子😂


(亚米上的我就不截图了,晒单最底下应该会有?今天不知道为什么一存稿再回来的时候除了第一张图都被吃了,搞得我现在不敢出去再截了


真要说的我为什么买这个面,冬菜是一个原因(亚米上唯一的冬菜相关),价格也是一个原因平均下来不到$0.7一包的普通方便面,味道较淡而且比(非)较(常)中国式,如(想)果(念)感(冬)兴(菜)趣(包)的(子)话(了)可以考虑一下。

下面这张还是芹菜蘑菇鱼豆腐蟹黄卷炒公仔面



海欣这两个味道都不错,蟹黄卷更出彩一点。


鱼豆腐的话比较软,偏薄,有较明显的鱼糜味。但说起烧烤味的话我倒是没太觉得那像烧烤😂就是咸口的,加了一些香料味倒是显得味道丰富,稍微有些辣。辣的程度是一般能吃辣的人估计吃不出来的程度真要纠结的话,可以说无功与过了。


蟹黄卷倒是经常被推荐。相较鱼豆腐来说,蟹黄卷海鲜味更浓,换句话说就是更腥一点,对鱼腥味比较敏感的话建议谨慎下单但是口感比较可爱,外面那层类似鱼豆腐但是更薄,软软的,里面包裹的那部分蟹黄更稀一点,但依旧是固体。主要的海鲜味也依旧是在里层,但外层之外也裹了一层酱汁,味道也不错。
