Fish roe tofu pot - a pot of delicious chaotic stew

I had half a bag of spicy shrimp and crab seasoning left in the last time I made the roasted eel. I happened to see fish roe for the first time in the supermarket, so I made a fish roe tofu pot.

This is the fish roe I bought. I really like the taste of the fish roe, but it looks a little scary to see so many at a time. Hahaha.
Clean the fish roe to remove some membranes and black lines, etc.

First, put oil in the pan and fry the fish roe. Both sides are fried and formed, and you can use a spatula to divide the fish roe into small pieces in the middle. Take it out after frying.

Heat oil in a pot, put ginger, garlic and chili into the pot and sauté until fragrant

Put in the spicy crab seasoning and fry the sesame oil

Add beef balls and green peppers and stir fry, add water, you can add some soy sauce and salt to taste, so as not to cover the ingredients.

Add tofu and fish roe and simmer for fifteen minutes

Dangdang is out of the pot! Although it looks ordinary, it is really delicious. I also added some potatoes. The stew and potatoes are perfect.

Finally, Amway bought this seasoning at Yami. It is very convenient. This time I basically did not add any other seasonings and I could make a delicious dish😋😋😋😋

鱼籽豆腐煲—一锅美味大乱炖

上次做烧鳝段还剩了半袋香辣虾蟹调料，刚好在超市第一次看到了鱼籽，于是做了个鱼籽豆腐煲。

材料准备一块豆腐，一盒鱼籽，一包牛肉丸，姜片，蒜瓣（我不小心给切碎了），小辣椒，青椒，

这个就是我买的鱼籽啦，很喜欢鱼籽的口感，不过一次看到这么多看起来有点吓人哈哈哈。
鱼籽清洗干净去掉一些膜和黑线之类的，

首先锅里放油煎一下鱼籽，小火慢煎不要粘锅啦。两面都煎成型，中间可以自己用锅铲把鱼籽分成小块。煎好之后取出备用。

锅里热油把姜蒜辣椒放到锅里爆香

把香辣蟹调料放进去炒出香油

加入牛肉丸和青椒翻炒一下，加水，可以加点生抽加点盐味，没过食材。

放入豆腐和鱼籽中小火盖锅炖十五分钟

当当当出锅啦！虽然卖相一般但是真的敲好吃，我还加了点土豆，炖菜和土豆简直绝配的。

最后安利一下在亚米买的这个调料，很方便，这次我基本也没加什么别的调味料就可以做出很好吃的菜😋😋😋😋
