一锅黑暗料理·冒菜粉的食后感。

买了一袋火锅粉,两刀多,冲着传说中的粉很多去的。今天想起它来,添了点肉菜,把它和最后一包公仔面一起煮了。结果一锅分了三碗,一个人灰溜溜全吃了。现在想起来,煮粉的时候我可能是饿疯了吧_(:з」∠)_

火锅粉里有一盘粉丝,一个菜包,一个酱包加一包干料。个人感觉应该就是加了一包菜的方便粉丝?


根据说明书,菜包粉丝酱包要一起用沸水泡五分钟。我就先做了锅水,把公仔面及调料、蔬菜(我加了些蘑菇、菠菜、木耳)煮了一分钟,然后放入粉丝和菜包酱包,又汆了点烤牛肉片进去(就是把lunch meat剁了剁,放里烫了一下没上浆,出锅之后也不是很嫩,也不知道还能不能叫汆)一起又泡了几分钟。

粉丝泡过之后胀了,估计加起来得和菜包的体积一样大,无愧评论里说粉比较多。粉丝质量不错,虽然不能说是很筋道,但泡过之后也不糟。在国内都经常吃到糟兮兮的粉丝的我很满足了。


倒是公仔面又惊喜了我一次,意外地禁煮。之前一直没注意,但这回因为一碗装不下(显然),剩下好多面在锅里又泡了许久,但吃到第三碗的时候面只是有点软,但也还成型,没有像我想象那样糟成沫子😂



菜包里大概这五种菜👆花样挺多,每种有一点,一般又都是火锅涮菜常备,吃起来真有种一人肝火锅的豪情(?)了。


藕片、金针菇、木耳都是脆的。就是咬起来咯吱咯吱能听见声的那种脆。对,木耳也是。搞得我差点怀疑这个木耳究竟是不是木耳Orz 而且菜包木耳和旁边我放的新鲜(泡开的干)木耳一比,就能看出来腌过的痕迹(颜色偏浅,折痕不自然,质地偏硬,弹性变差)木耳和金针菇使劲嚼也能吃出一些腌制的味道,盐水加防腐剂?大概?但是不浓,我也是偶尔能尝出一丝丝。不过毕竟是速食,要是和新鲜的一个样也就不是速食了 


倒是海带一点一点一点一点都不脆,但也不是那种软,是面的,本海带控表示emmmmmm(。不过在我真的细品之后,发现背后居然有着一些海带的原味(就是海鲜味那种),倒是在我心里给它加了不少分。


土豆片是面的偏硬那种,和咯吱的藕片一样都属于正常范畴。


当然如果非要说菜包总体味道如何对我这个放了新鲜菜来对比的人来说,当然是新鲜的好吃但是在家里实在没菜或者出门在外的时候,速食粉/面里多这么一个菜包的确是熨贴了不少。



因为加了菜和面,水也多加了好多。于是把辣酱稀释了(不爱吃辣星人表示刚刚好👌)但由于公仔面的调料也被我扔进去熬汤底了,咸度刚好,十分完美。辣酱很香!主要是麻辣味的。除了辣之外,还有各种香料的香味。味道很丰富,拯救我淡出鸟的味蕾。另外似乎是川菜特点?各种香料都留在里面,所以容易吃到一嘴花椒壳小茴香 


倒是这个蘸料,乍一闻上去觉得很香,但不是辣椒的香味,而且香得有点熟悉赶紧去扒配料表,发现味精、鸡精”… ok(。配料表里还有芝麻、豆仁、花椒啥的。我蘸了一片肉试试,味道的确一层层很丰富,也不是非常辣那种,但是芝麻花椒我也一时没尝出来(我总觉得花椒这东西很金贵,不是现炒现磨的很难有香味留下),于是个人觉得偶尔蘸一蘸的确不错,但是如果自家有更好的选择的话还是算了
