好吃又香但是没卖相的烧鸡胗~

快到月末了,也该吃土了,本少女也只能买得起鸡胗鸡心的便宜肉类了……但是不代表便宜的东西比贵的东西难吃呀!!!!今天就来教你们如何做爆好吃的烧鸡心,做法简单用料又普通,实在是太下饭啦!!!!


PS:这道菜胆固醇有点高,所以你要看看你适不适合吃哦!



用料:亚米买的干辣椒🌶️来四五颗,这辣椒是不辣的那种,如果吃不了辣的朋友也可以只放两三颗~鸡胗如图半斤左右,适量柠檬汁🍋用来去腥,姜片也行,葱白四五条。



先将鸡胗对半切开,如图,用清水洗三四次把血水洗干净,沥干水分后用柠檬汁或姜片腌五分钟去腥,干辣椒🌶️切段,葱白切碎备用。
