自制蛋黄酥馅饼绝配的肉松馅

肉松本人是日常回购的,一大桶能两天吃完,空口吃那种😂😂😂所以自己都不太敢囤太多。之前超级喜欢吃肉松饼,但是这里很难买到。
上次自己做的蛋黄酥里面首次尝试自制的肉松馅,朋友评价都是甜中带微咸可以说是非常好吃了。于是这次用的去壳绿豆再做一次。

一包绿豆大概小一斤泡一晚上用电饭锅煮烂,其实高压锅或者砂锅都可以,重点是煮烂,水加多一点防止糊掉,反正最后要炒干的。

煮熟之后白砂糖拌匀,量我都自己放一点尝尝,甜度大家可能喜好差别比较大。其实也可以炒的时候加一点麦芽糖,一般用麦芽糖做馅口味比较好,甜度也不是很高

平底锅加入绿豆糊小火慢炒,中间分三次加入30g植物油(无味的),慢慢炒把油和豆沙融合在一起

炒到这个程度就可以了,如果要冰箱冷藏上面紧贴一层保鲜膜,如果短时间不用可以冷冻备用。

就是用这个绿豆沙挖一部分拌入肉松,肉松多好吃哦!上面那个盒子我可以加大半盒。主要是注意馅不要很干,因为肉松本身比较干,但是肉松味够足就可以了

我这样可能稍微有点干啦,不过味道很不错不会甜腻且做各种点心都百搭。
