Traditional cold dishes ➕ dumplings
Every year's New Year's Eve dinner is 饺子, but in general, I eat more in the New Year's Eve. 饺子 .
Braised beef. Garnish with pickled radish sticks and frozen garlic haha
Almonds are also ready-made in bags bought in supermarkets. My dad eats them.
Skin jelly, my family likes it very much, my mother cooks it haha. delicious!
Lotus root, blanch it in water, then cool it
This year's 饺子 is colored, the green one is juiced with green leafy vegetables, and then the noodles are added. The yellow one was supposed to be cornmeal I remember.
I see a lot of relatives wrap things like cabbage, only the sides are green—

传统凉菜➕饺子
每年的年夜饭都是饺子，但是一般过年这几天吃的比较多，饺子之外就更吃不下荤菜了，所以一些爽口的凉菜就是很好的选择。
卤牛肉。用腌萝卜条和冻蒜装饰 哈哈
杏仁，也是在超市买袋装的现成的，我爸吃饺子必备哈哈
皮冻，我们家人都很喜欢吃，妈妈熬的哈哈。很好吃！
莲藕，过水焯一下，然后凉拌
今年的的饺子是彩色的，绿色的用绿叶菜榨汁，然后和面是加入。黄色的应该是玉米面我记得。
我看很多亲戚什么的都包像白菜那样的，只有边上是绿色的—
