In the evaluation, I bought the snail noodles that I didn't have time to take pictures of before and tried it again. Basically, I ate all of them again. . . But in the process, I discovered some things that I hadn't noticed before, which was quite unexpected~ I feel like I didn't eat for nothing~

First of all, warmly welcome the contestants this time: Liuquan 268g, Liuquan 300g extra, Luobawang boiled 280g, Luobawang brewed 265g, Longcheng Luoxiang 268g, Xiluohui 320g, Haohuanluo 400g.

The first is the competition of ingredient packages. Is the "large portion" you bought really a large portion?
(The snail noodles are not included in this competition, it is purely the referee's personal subjective reasons, and I don't think it is necessary to try again)
This is what I got using my kitchen scale, the rice noodle weight here is based on the weight provided by the outer packaging, because frankly I didn't expect a difference, but. . . The results are always unexpected. . .
The other ingredients were weighed in a zeroed bowl by best-effort squeeze out of the contents. The last line is the actual weight of the ingredients minus the net content of the outer packaging, so a negative value means that the outer packaging is exaggerated or I am unlucky this time and I have drawn a substandard product, while a positive value means this product "It's more than the value for money", after all, if I buy so many substandard products, then Min Na-sang must be able to do it!

As far as the weight of the (snail powder) material is concerned, most of the weights are not true to their name. The only two products with excellent value for money are Luobawang's two snail noodles. Other products are more or less less than what is indicated on the outer packaging. Liuquan's snail powder is very rich in snail flavor. Although it is inferior to other ingredients such as bamboo shoots, it is also very enjoyable to eat snail meat. The snail sauce package itself is spicy, which is also similar to other The snail noodles are different, those who cannot eat spicy food should be careful. Its vinegar package is very special, with the taste of pickled pepper.
Next is Luobawang. In fact, the soup of Luobawang is quite enough in terms of weight, but it may be because of the liquid, so the richness of the soup should be lower. Luobawang's sour and vinegar buns also have a unique flavor.
Xiluohui still put a lot of effort into the richness of the ingredients, and there are quail eggs, which is quite a surprise. But the soup base is a bit bland.
The soup base of Longcheng is similar to Xiluohui, and the ingredients are not rich enough. It feels more like instant noodles with the taste of snail noodles.

3. Smell
The snail powder makes people love and sigh, probably because it is stinky. To be honest, the first time I ate it, I was stunned. I was sitting in the living room and smelled that it was stinky. When I walked into the kitchen and approached the bowl, it smelled a little bit. The rich fragrance makes it even more amazing to eat, and it is a few streets away from vegetarian food such as instant noodles. This may also be related to the fact that the first bag I tried was Liu Quan, a good start is half of the money~
The most stinky thing is Liu Quan. After eating, be sure to open the window, keep good ventilation, and wash the used pots and bowls in time. Otherwise, when you come back from the outside, the smell of the home will be indescribable.
Followed by good Huanluo. Solid snail sauce is more stinky than liquid. The ones like Luobawang are not so stinky. As for Longcheng and Xiluohui, the smell is even lighter. After eating snail noodles, there is basically no odor, which may be the reason for the lack of soup. The odor in the soup is absorbed into the powder, and then directly into the stomach.
Not smelly is not a big disadvantage, especially for people who share a room with others, snail noodles with rich ingredients and no smell like Xiluohui is also a good choice to be addicted.

螺蛳粉测评之“我是螺蛳粉”大赛

本次大赛秉承尽量一致的客观评比原则和完全主观的个人口味,结论仅做参考呦~

自从认识亚米网以来,螺蛳粉是我买过最多的产品之一(最多的是辣条。。。),吃了这么久,只是一直觉得好吃而已,但这次为了写这个测评,我把之前没来得及拍照留念的螺蛳粉又买回来重新尝试了一遍,基本就是全都重新吃了一遍。。。但在这个过程中,发现了一些自己以前也没有注意到的事,还是挺意外的~没白吃的感觉~

本篇测评主要包括以下几个部分:1 螺蛳粉配料包的种类及含量 2 在相同的处理条件下,各种螺蛳粉的口感 3 总结及其他

首先热烈欢迎本次的参赛选手:柳全 268g, 柳全 300g加量, 螺霸王 水煮280g, 螺霸王 冲泡 265g, 龙城螺香 268g, 嘻螺会 320g, 好欢螺 400g.

各位选手面无表情的表示可以开始比赛了,那么比赛开始!


首先是配料包的比拼,你买到的“大份量”真的是大份量么?
(螺蛳面不在本次评比之中,纯粹是裁判个人主观原因,不觉得需要重新尝试了)
这是我使用我的厨房电子秤得到的结果,这里的米粉重量是按照外包装提供的重量来算的,因为坦白来讲,我本来也没以为会有什么差别,但是。。。结果总是出乎意料。。。
其他配料是采用尽最大努力把内容物挤出,放在归零的碗里进行称量。最后一行是用实际得到的配料重量总和减去外包装的净含量,所以负值就代表外包装是夸大其词或者是我本次比较倒霉,抽中了不合格产品,而正值则表示这款产品“重超所值”,毕竟如果我买到那么多不合格产品的话,那么各位敏娜桑一定也可以的!

总结一下这部分的结果:
就材料的丰富性来说,螺蛳面普遍弱于螺蛳粉。螺蛳面的配料除了酱料外,只有花生,酸笋,酸豆角和辣椒油,螺蛳粉则普遍有腐竹,黑木耳,萝卜干甚至黄花菜,鹌鹑蛋,配料更为丰富,而且还有更加广阔的空间来更加丰富~
就(螺蛳粉)材料的重量来看,大部分的重量都名不符实。唯二能量超所值的就是螺霸王的两款螺蛳粉,其他产品或多或少都要比外包装标明的要少。其中,嘻螺会的误差大概在3.7%, 其他的误差在7%到8%。 考虑到确实还是可能有汤汁遗留在包装袋的情况,我觉得3.7%的误差还是可以理解,7%以上就有些多了。。。
第一场比赛,螺霸王的两款螺蛳粉凭借“默默做好事,加量不加价”赢得最高分,紧接着是嘻螺会,好欢螺,两款柳全和龙城。

接下来是口感的比较,所有螺蛳粉和螺蛳面都按照相同的食用方法,如图所示。
这个煮粉的时间完全是基于我喜欢吃软软的粉的原因,一般在螺蛳粉的背面推荐的时间大概是8-10分钟,在煮过15分钟后,米粉都变得很软,在一旁沥干后等待底汤好的时候都会有一点发硬,但是加入汤后就很快变软了。

1.总的来说,这几款米粉的质量都不错。
就米粉的劲道来比较这几款依次是:好欢螺>柳全(2款差不多)>龙城>螺霸王 水煮>嘻螺会>螺霸王 冲泡
螺霸王冲泡粉偏细,不算是我喜欢的类型。
螺蛳面的口感也很劲道,而且制备方法应该也和螺蛳粉的不一样,放在那里没有螺蛳粉那样容易硬或坨。

2.吃这件事不能看量取胜,味道更加重要。
味道最为鲜美的是好欢螺,贵果然是有道理的!它的那个笋啊, 木耳啊, 豆角啊尝起来就像是回到了国内,汤头非常鲜!!!在鲜味上,远远把其他螺蛳粉比下去了。
柳全的螺蛳粉螺蛳味很浓郁,虽然在其他笋之类的配料上逊了好欢螺一筹,但是可以吃到螺肉也是很过瘾,螺蛳酱包本身就是辣的,这点也和其他的螺蛳粉不一样,不能吃辣的人要小心。它的醋包很特别,有股泡椒的味道。
接下来是螺霸王,其实螺霸王的汤料重量上看量是很足的,但是可能是液体的关系,汤的浓郁程度就要偏低一些。螺霸王的酸醋包也别有风味。
嘻螺会在配料的丰富程度上还是下了功夫的,居然有鹌鹑蛋,还是挺惊喜的。但是汤底料就偏淡一些。
龙城的汤底和嘻螺会差不多,加上配料也没有足够丰富,感觉上更像是吃螺蛳粉味道的方便面。

3.气味
螺蛳粉让人又爱又叹的大概就是臭了,老实讲,第一次吃,我都被惊呆了,坐在客厅闻明明是臭的,走进厨房,走近碗,闻起来居然有点浓郁的香,吃起来更是不得了,甩开方便面这类的素食几条街。这也可能和我尝试的第一袋是柳全有关,好的开始是烧钱的一半儿啊~
最臭的就是柳全,吃完后一定要开窗,保持良好通风,用过的锅和碗也要及时清洗,不然等你从外面回来,开门家里的气味真是一言难尽。
其次是好欢螺。 固体的螺蛳酱要比液体的更臭一些。像螺霸王的就没有那么臭了,至于龙城和嘻螺会臭味就更淡了。螺蛳面吃完基本闻不到臭味,可能是没有汤汁的原因,汤料里的臭味都被吸收进粉里,然后直接进肚了。
不臭也不是什么太大的缺点,尤其是对和别人合租的人来说,像嘻螺会这种配料丰富有没有什么臭味的螺蛳粉也是过把瘾的很好的一个选择。

第一名是好欢螺,因为虽然它的重量没有包装所说的那么多,但是对于吃货而言,能尝到这么鲜的螺蛳粉真的很值了,虽然亚米一次只让买5袋,虽然要是能真的到400克就更好了~考虑到价格和经常缺货买不到需要的等的状况,好欢螺仅以微弱的优势拿到了第一名。
第二名是螺霸王水煮粉,足够的分量给它加分不少,而且价格相对实惠,断货情况较少,通常都有货,再加上亚米的打折,性价比还是很高的。臭味相对较小。
第三名是柳全,螺蛳味道浓郁,但是由于酱料就加入了辣味,考虑到不能吃辣的人还有很多,比如我男票,每次让他帮忙分担都是个问题,所以柳全虽然很好吃,还是以微弱的劣势仅次于螺霸王。
第四名是嘻螺会,配料很丰富,那两个小小的鹌鹑蛋真的直击心灵~只是汤底的味道太弱,感觉像是个低配版的好欢螺。
第五名是螺霸王冲泡粉, 其实在配料和汤底和水煮粉差不多,但是米粉偏细,这个还是很影响口感。
第六名是龙城和两款螺蛳面并列。龙城主要是输在配料和汤底。螺蛳面最大的优点是方便,臭味小,但是就像之前提到的那样,可以加入更多的配料的空间较小。
