Jingyi QQ Hot and Sour Noodles

A hot and sour powder~

Studying in Chongqing for four years as an undergraduate, I developed a taste for spicy food in the four years, and I also tried a refreshing food called hot and sour noodles. Holding the long paper box in your hand, or sitting or standing on the street, watching the pedestrians coming and going, taking a mouthful of vermicelli, sour, spicy, cool, numb... ... But since I left Chongqing, I haven't eaten such an authentic powder.

Not long ago, with the mentality of giving it a try, I ordered a bag of "Jingyi QQ Hot and Sour Noodles" at Yami. Bar? However, it seems that the evaluation (4.6 points) is quite high. Some netizens say that the noodles cannot be cooked for a long time, but the taste is very authentic. Then try it.

The final result was very satisfying, even surprising. There is no instant noodle taste at all, and the hot and sour taste is very close to the taste of Chongqing (although it is only close, but it is already very good as a fast food). The key is that there are soybeans in it, which is simply too surprising. The disadvantage is that the powder is not the sweet potato powder on the streets of Chongqing. This powder is more like the crystal powder of Haidilao, which is too strong. I personally can give it 4.5-4.7 points~

Let's share my approach below, it's very simple, and the handicapped can also control it:

I specially cooked a few small rapeseeds to dry for later use. Then pour the vermicelli into a bowl, add boiling water, turn it into the microwave for one minute (don't cook for a long time after taking the advice in the comments), and take out the bowl. Finally, add the chili sauce bag vinegar bag and seasoning powder bag, stir well, add green vegetables, cover and simmer for a minute before eating. A note here, I am not afraid of spicy and like sour, but I am more afraid of salty, so I put all the hot sauce packets and vinegar packets, and only put two-thirds of the seasoning powder packets, I think it is just right. Okay, let’s take the picture below~~ I wish everyone can eat and drink well every day! Long live the foodie!

At the end of the day, give me five little paws~
