南京传统名吃【美龄粥】清香滑糯,健胃养颜

之前我在上海的时候特地跑去百联又一城6楼,吃了【南京大排档】,在大众点评上评分特别高🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟


店里有百余种南京的传统小吃,展示独特的金陵菜系👩🏻‍🍳因为我是吃了晚饭才来,所以没点很多。但一定要隆重推荐他们家的民国美龄粥👍


上次吃完之后一直念念不忘这道粥,于是我决定自己在家煲粥,这样不用回国就可以喝到令人胃口大增、回味无穷的美龄粥啦~😍





美龄粥的由来


相传有段时间宋美龄茶饭不思,府里的大厨就用香米和豆浆熬了一碗粥,宋美龄喝了之后胃口大增,成了她非常钟爱的一道粥。后来这道粥就流传到了民间,美名其曰美龄粥🤗


据说宋美龄活到106岁的长寿秘笈,与这道美龄粥密不可分🤠这道粥不仅美味可口,还有很多美容养生的功效。其中的山药健脾开胃、美容养颜;大米和糯米搭配,补中益气;豆浆的加入更是锦上添花,滋养进补!


准备食材


大米50克,糯米80克,枸杞适量,冰糖适量,黄豆400克,山药400克,清水1400毫升




👨‍🍳【做法分享】👨‍🍳


第一步,自制豆浆


- 黄豆浸泡6-8小时,放入豆浆机



- 1000ml清水,启动煮豆浆模式



- 大概20多分钟后,豆浆就做好啦



- 过滤一下豆浆,让口感更细腻



- 煮好的一大杯热腾腾的豆浆



第二步,用豆浆熬粥


- 大米+糯米+豆浆+清水,开启煮粥模式



- 不到半小时,用豆浆熬的粥也好啦



第三步,制作山药泥


- 山药洗净去皮,上锅蒸20分钟



- 蒸好的山药捣碎成泥



- 将山药泥放入煮好的粥里,再煮20分钟



开始享用美龄粥啦


- 上面摆几颗泡好的枸杞装饰

小贴士:


1⃣️用自己煮的豆浆做会更好,如果时间有限,也可以用外面买的豆浆~


2⃣️网上很多人说用砂锅熬粥会更好喝,小火慢熬,不断搅拌。我这次用豆浆机一步到位了,正好豆浆机也有煮粥的功能。


3⃣️如果是拿砂锅煮粥,大米和糯米要提前浸泡6小时。我拿豆浆机做省去了浸泡米的时间。但是做豆浆的黄豆是要浸泡6-8小时的,这步不能省。


4⃣️枸杞需要提前泡一下,点缀装饰,不放也可以。


5⃣️其实整个步骤看起来也就这么回事,没有很复杂。美龄粥养生养颜又美味,真的非常推荐给大家❤️
