这是一款咸香酥软的好点心，内馅的椒盐调味完全是我喜欢并期待的味道. 外皮起酥得很好，微微起了金黄色，带着些许焦香. 刚好会掉渣渣的程度，不过度硬脆. 


外层的酥夹着内层的软，一吃回味.


唯一美中不足的是，多层起酥却不够薄. 以我一个广州人的角度来说，酥皮不够薄，咬起来口感就会过于扎实，这导致了初入口只有满嘴面粉皮的味道，稍微减分. 总体还是不错的.

無意冒犯，我沒有吃過正宗的驴打滚，不太确定这款做法是不是对的. 软糯粘牙的糯米团外包裹着黄豆粉，入口觉得干干的. 即使小口小口吃，还是被那种满嘴挥之不去的淡而无味的黄豆面味充斥. 

每颗牙齿都混合着黄豆粉和黑芝麻馅，被糯米粘得紧紧的. 我预想的驴打滚是Q软弹牙的，然而这款真的软趴趴黏不啦叽. 个人不推荐，也不会回购了😢

第一口就爱上的好味道！


好喜欢这款点心的外皮，扎实中带着面粉香和蛋液香的味道. 像凤梨酥外皮的口感又带着烘烤出的微香. 内馅是酸酸甜甜的山楂泥，混着碎碎果皮丹. 连内馅都做得如此有层次.

山楂馅略酸，厚实的外皮正好作中和；内软外酥，相得益彰.

emmm...这是一款有点纠结的点心.


实话说，淡而无味应该是我对这款点心最贴切的形容了. 明明闻着都是一股香香的奶粉味（看配料表并没有奶粉成分🤷🏻‍♀️），但是咬下去 ➡ ️嚼很久 ➡️ 吃完整罐，我始终说不出到底千层酥是什么样的味.

酥起得倒是很完美，薄、脆、酥、香，完全符合一个广州人对酥皮类点心的追求. 外层撒的芝麻虽然掉得差不多，但是越嚼越香，忍不住一根接一根吃.


真的，除了味道淡得几乎可以忽略以外，这款点心是我最快吃完了.
