虽然名字叫yuzu kosho,但是跟我知道的日本柚子胡椒味道差很多。其实是主料是图片上柠檬+墨西哥辣椒。一开始我是拒绝的,因为我怕辣,看到辣椒自然就有点慌。

一打开闻,这似曾相识的味道让我疑惑了好一会儿。呀!这怎么有一股泡椒凤爪的味道?!

因为这个料有点辣,所以对我来说不太适合拌沙拉,也许可以做泰式青木瓜沙拉之类的。想了想,不如就做酸辣凤爪试试看说不定有意外惊喜。
