我的准备食材:





除了必备的红糖(黑糖)和姜片以外。

其他食材可以根据你自己的口味来定。

也可以加入枸杞。当归。白芍等等..

(桂圆,红枣,枸杞这些比较活血不适合在生理期间服用哦。最好是在生理期前一周。)

做法非常非常简单:

1.煮水

2.水开后放材料

3.15-20分钟就可以喝啦
