今天分享的是麻辣烤鸡腿🍗自从学会了用烤箱,啥都想放进去烤着吃,因为方便!!


刚吃完,嗝。

鸡腿取出浸泡一小时去血水。

用刀在鸡腿表面割上刀口,越密越好,更进味~

放入四瓶盖料酒,给鸡腿按摩按摩按摩,去腥。



用烧烤酱将豆腐皮裹匀铺在烤盘底部,此次用的李锦记韩式烧烤酱。

(吃的时候豆腐皮偏甜,鸡腿不甜)

再将鸡腿抹上烧烤酱,辣椒粉,孜然粉,花椒粉,蒜蓉。放在铺好的豆腐皮上。再盖上一层锡纸,表面用叉子插几下,作出出气孔。


切葱备用。


烤箱预热220摄氏度,中层bake40min



揭开锡纸,撒上香葱,boil 255摄氏度 10min


就可以吃咯!!开熏~
