煮完之后一定要拿凉水冲,或者放到冰水里面去。日式凉面一定要吃冷透的面条,才会爽滑解暑。

摆盘要先把面条加上酱汁拌好,然后再摆上面的蔬菜和肉,最后挤上黄芥末就完成啦!

*我家里没有火腿丝了!只能用胡萝卜假装一下它是火腿丝。,那个黄芥末我觉得加一点比较提味,单独吃会很辣哈哈。日本关东煮什么的也蘸这个。
