【秀羊厨房】卤猪蹄饭。

昨天炖的猪蹄汤意犹未尽,今天接着吃猪蹄,香死了......



操作还是很简单嘿嘿。老卤水必备哦。


蹄子先煮熟煮软。煮的时候放入花椒,八角香叶,倒入料酒哟~

最近健身要多补充蛋白质,昨晚饿地睡不着起来吃了一颗水煮蛋觉得好好吃,今天就又煮了,拿来卤。



每次卤都要加料哈~干辣椒,香叶,八角,肉桂



煮一个小时就可以吃啦!软软糯糯!中午吃了一颗蛋,不太进味,另一颗让它泡到晚上卤鸡腿的时候再吃~其实泡两天更进味!
