在家也能做出美味的排骨煲仔饭




     在家也能做出香喷喷的排骨煲仔饭,只要你有电饭锅简单版的排骨煲仔饭马上为你献上啦!


材料:电饭锅😄


排骨


米,一点点的糯米


姜,葱花,青椒,洋葱


李锦记黑胡椒汁


一点点老抽


盐,料酒


⚠️⚠️米和糯米提前用水浸泡一下,这样等会米饭比较好煮,排骨提前浸泡在冷水里面去血水⚠️⚠️




   排骨切段,过下水(过水的时候我都会加点料酒和姜葱)洗下备用!这里姜切丝,洋葱和青椒切丝,如果你有吃洋葱和青椒我建议切丁(我这里切丝是因为🐼爸爸只吃味道不吃本尊,所以切丝或者切块,他比较好挑出来)切好备用!


    锅里油烧热之后加入姜,青椒洋葱炒香!炒香之后加入排骨,继续炒一会!



       然后加入李锦记的黑胡椒汁,我加了一个汤勺半,如果你能吃辣可以多加一点(🐼爸爸不能吃辣,所以我不敢多加)炒匀之后加入一点点老抽这样颜色会漂亮一点!继续炒匀!



     炒匀之后加入一勺的盐,和料酒继续炒!炒好之后加入水,水大概在漫过排骨,煮滚时间尝下味道,咸淡可以自己调了!其实这里酱汁咸一点是没关系的!因为等下我们就要用这个排骨汁直接煮饭!煮好关火啦!




     把米饭放入电饭锅,然后铺上排骨倒入排骨汁,看下汁够不够,不够的话可以加一点水,水位差不多是过米饭一点点就好了!因为米饭泡过了!水太多饭就烂掉了!盖上盖子开的煮饭啦!









   饭煮好啦!这张图片其实是因为刚煮好好多热气,所以拍出来的照片一直被雾气给蒙蔽啦😄



     一碗热腾腾的排骨煲仔饭出锅啦!排骨已经是都可以脱骨的状态了!😄
