作为一个很喜欢吃螺蛳粉的人来说 螺蛳粉真的好好吃啊 真的!尤其是酸笋好好次!!
之前其实一直都是吃螺霸王的 然后在亚米看到很多仙女有推荐好欢螺 就入手了黄色包➕紫色包装的
一打开来被配菜种类惊到了 配菜种类有点多!
其中包括:
➡️小菜包➕红油包➕酸醋包➕酸豆角包➕酸笋包➕卤水包➕豆腐干和花生➕米粉包
包装后面有俩种煮法:
1⃣️:大火煮 比较省事比较快速
2⃣️:先把米粉泡软(三个小时)再煮 像我这么馋的人一般想吃螺狮粉的时候根本忍不了这么久😂
我比较喜欢吃软软的面 所以我每次煮螺蛳粉一般都是先烧一锅热水 把米粉放进去煮五分钟 捞出 然后再放一锅水 直接加入米粉 等水再一次烧开之后把调味包➕配菜包全部放进去
感想:
真的很!好!吃! 酸酸辣辣的!量还超大!不知不觉就吃饱了 但是却吃不完👌
因为我是个很爱吃辣却吃不了很辣的一个人 所以我每次煮辣油包都是只放一半 或者多加点东西进去缓解一下辣度 但是却不放弃加辣
螺蛳粉的辣是那种香辣➕酸辣 味道特别厚重!经常吃着吃着就开始头上冒汗 这时才感觉到 哎嘴巴有点辣辣的 这时再夹一口酸豆角或者酸笋 吃起来又香又脆又酸 这可能是为什么它闻起来有点臭 但一想到就忍不住一直吃螺狮粉的原因吧
