 在外面超市买了“牛舌”。
买回来先冰冻起来,坚硬了,好用机器削片。
(超爱牛舌,超好吃)。
食材有:
金针菇,洋葱,莲藕,冰冻虾,“牛仔骨,牛舌片(已经用烧烤酱腌制)",鸡腿菇。
所有材料准备好。
 哦! 还有sauce。
推荐以下这两款。
麻辣红油(真心好喝的)。
牛角烧烤酱油。(烧烤首选)
 在铁板抹上牛油。
放上牛仔骨,牛舌 
鸡腿菇用来吸汁液。
我都是调中度的火力去烤。
(不一会就熟了)。
满屋子香气。
超爱“鸡腿菇”切片去剪,给一点点烧烤酱,最后撒少许盐巴。特别好吃
(平底锅也可以煎的很好吃,下次我在另外煮一道菜给大家看)。
烤虾就不那么好吃了,太干了,
金针菇也是加些烧烤酱就特别入味。
莲藕吃起也是很爽口。

汁多,有嚼劲。
蘸料,我独门用麻辣红油。
烤好,一蘸,入口,无法言语表达了。
(麻辣红油,如果允许我夸张的话:我想直接喝了)。
吃的过程,我会不定时的清理烤盘烧焦的物体。
多余的油脂会地漏到底部。
