(Shredded squid is a must for watching movies, drinking and traveling)

ORCHIDO Mifu Raw Rock Seaweed 12 packs

 Korea ORCHIDO Flavored Rock Seaweed 
There are about 10 tablets in each packet.
Seaweed Nutrition:
Protein, minerals, carbohydrates, fiber, sodium and other high-quality nutrients.
I personally like to eat:
Can be eaten with rice, or shredded. Sprinkle on top of rice and mix well.
You can also put a slice or two when you eat cup noodles.
But the most common way to eat it is to eat it directly as a snack.
(stops at all).
Slightly salty and crunchy in the mouth, but softened as soon as it touches saliva.
(Eat more harmless).

准备好你们的小板凳。

这次买了：
韩国生岩海苔。
火鸡面起司味。
24袋装的韩国低盐海苔。
日本SHIRAKIKU 烟熏鱿鱼丝 辣味。
日本SHIRAKIKU 碳烤鱿鱼丝
日本SHIRAKIKU 烟熏鱿鱼丝 大包装
（鱿鱼丝可是看电影喝酒外出旅行必备）
 来晒晒好货吧！
韩国ORCHIDO 味付 生岩海苔 12包入
10+2 $3.39  超便宜的。
 韩国ORCHIDO 味付 生岩海苔 
每一小包里面大概有10片在里面。
海苔营养：
蛋白质，矿质，碳水化合物，纤维，纳 等优质营养。
我个人喜欢吃法：
可以卷着米饭吃，或者撕碎了。撒在饭的上面，搅拌均匀。
吃杯面的时候也可以放上一两片。
但是最常吃法就是，直接当零食吃。
（根本停下下来）。
微微的咸，入口脆，但是一单沾到唾液就软化了。
（多吃无害）。
