Cha Cha Daily Recipe - Shredded Beef (Shredded Beef) Noodles and Shredded Seaweed

Today, when I was looking through my ingredients cabinet to find the mustard for making fresh meat mustard mooncakes, I found a bag of shredded cabbage and bamboo shoots that I bought a long time ago.....I thought of the shredded cabbage bamboo shoots in Shaoxing Noodle House, the old canteen of the undergraduate school. Noodles    I wanted to eat qwq    So I made it myself    It was not enough to eat at noon    It was delicious QAQ

The ingredients are very simple   shredded cabbage and bamboo shoots   and noodles    /p>

The noodles used are the thick dried noodles of Weichuan Liu    I bought them a long time ago   I bought both thin and thick ones    I ate the thick ones before the thin ones I can't find it in the back of the cupboard    I found it yesterday   I just ate it today

Rough noodles are so thick


The noodles are so long   the amount is not very large   but it is enough for a person with a small appetite like me to eat three meals   The amount of thin noodles is more

At noon, I cooked the noodles, then threw the shredded cabbage and bamboo shoots in it and continued to cook.    I added a lot of shredded cabbage and bamboo shoots    Then I fried the fully cooked one from trader joe's Pork belly   Slice and fry directly in the pan    Put it on the surface   It’s the bowl of noodles on the cover~

In fact, because I was too excited at noon, I poured too much shredded cabbage and bamboo shoots... The soup was a bit salty    I scooped some out with a spoon and added some water

I used the red pepper sauce    I bought a small jar before    I bought a big bottle after I used it up    There are still many uses~ The marinated chicken gizzard is super delicious! ! ! !



Then in the afternoon    After class, I struggled for a long time about what to eat at night and found that I still wanted to eat shredded noodles with cabbage and bamboo shoots...      So I went home and made it again

In fact, there is shredded pork in the shredded cabbage and bamboo shoots in the old canteen of Beiyou (or you can add it)    Plus I just took out two slices of beef yesterday to thaw    So I added it~    Don't ask me why I don't add carnitas I hate slicing! ! ! ! And I don't have any pork nuggets in the fridge right now hahaha

I also added an omelette    I tried my best to fry it like the chef in the old cafeteria   It’s double-sided~





Then I fry the shredded beef first (marinate the shredded beef with oyster sauce and a little oil for a while)   then add some shredded cabbage and bamboo shoots and fry it out   cooked noodles    When the noodles are almost cooked, pour in the shredded beef, stir-fried pickled cabbage and bamboo shoots and cook for a while     Put fried eggs on top of the pan (I suddenly feel that eggs are also added to cook together...orz )    Finally add a little chopped pepper~


Really delicious I cried! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! QQQQQQAQQQQQQQ   It is also very convenient    But thick noodles are a little harder to cook than thin noodles 



The accompanying dishes are shredded seaweed salad (also found in the ingredients cabinet   Every time there is a new surprise 0.0) and lettuce

Kelp salad:

1. Soak the kelp in water, boil the water for ten minutes   then take it out and add ice cubes to cool down   

2. Ginger and garlic minced and placed on the kelp

3. Add oil to the hot pot, add millet spicy minced and stir-fry spicy    poured on kelp

4. Mix well   then you can eat~

I’m too lazy to peel and cut garlic today   I just used the minced garlic I bought at foodlion before making the braised chicken last time   Looks like this    I wanted to be lazy when I made braised chicken so I bought it  When I bought it and opened the can, I found that it was not pure minced garlic, it was a bit seasoned and had a little sour taste.


But it's not bad to use this to make kelp salad and lettuce today~~~

叉叉每日食谱——雪菜笋丝(牛肉丝)面和凉拌海带丝

今天翻我的食材柜找做鲜肉榨菜月饼的榨菜的时候发现了很久前买的一袋雪菜笋丝........想到本科老食堂绍兴面馆的雪菜笋丝面    想吃了qwq    于是就自己做了    中午吃了还不过瘾下午又吃了   真好吃QAQ

材料特别简单   雪菜笋丝   和面    再加一点红翻天剁椒(这是绍兴面标配~~~)

面用的是味川柳干面粗的那种    蛮久之前买的   买了细的和粗的两种    细的之前就吃完了粗的躲到柜子深处了我老是找不到它    昨天被我翻出来   正好今天吃了

味川柳干面特别好!!!!!!!!!!!!!它好在哪里呢????!!!!!!!!它好在它!煮!不!烂!也!不!会!坨!!!!!!!!!!!煮多久都没问题煮完出锅了放多久都没问题!!!!!!!(凉了另说)   而且也不会很吸面汤    但是又能很入味    是不是很完美!!!!!!!!买太久没法加tag了大家自己搜一搜........我中午煮完面放到一边把生菜海带端上楼然后下楼煎五花肉煎完放到面上再把面段上楼拍照了再开吃都完!全!没!坨!根根分明!!!!!!!太好啦!!!!!(((((ી(・◡・)ʃ))))


粗面有这么粗


面条长这样   量不是很大   但是也够我这个小食量的人吃三顿   细面那款量多一些

但是!  无论粗的还是细的    亚米现在好像都没货_(:з」∠)_............哭哭    下次上新我要囤一些




中午就是把面煮了然后直接把雪菜笋丝扔里面继续煮一煮就盛出来了    加了蛮多雪菜笋丝的    然后煎了trader joe's 的那个fully cooked的五花肉   切片直接放平底锅里煎一煎    摆在面上   就是封面那碗面啦~

其实由于中午过于兴奋雪菜笋丝倒多了点.........导致汤有点咸    我就用勺子舀了些出来然后加了点水

剁椒酱我用的是红翻天的    之前买过小罐    用完后直接买了一大瓶    用处还是挺多的~ 腌鸡胗了爆炒超级好吃!!!!



然后到了下午    上完课纠结了半天想晚上吃啥发现还是想吃雪菜笋丝面........     于是回家了又做了

其实北邮老食堂的雪菜笋丝面里是有肉丝的(或者可以另加)    加上我昨天正好拿了两片牛肉出来解冻    所以就加进去啦~    不要问我为什么不加猪肉丝我讨厌切肉片!!!! 而且我现在冰箱里也没有猪肉块哈哈哈

还加了个煎蛋    尽力煎得像老食堂的老师傅煎的了   是双面~





然后我是先炒牛肉丝(牛肉丝加蚝油和一点油腌了一小会)   再把一些雪菜笋丝加进去一起炒了出锅备用    煮面    面快熟的时候把牛肉炒雪菜笋丝倒进去再煮一会     出锅后铺上煎蛋(我现在突然反应过来好像鸡蛋也要加进去一起煮的...orz)    最后加上一点剁椒~


真的好吃哭了!!!!!!!!QQQQQQAQQQQQQQ   还特别方便    不过粗面比细面难熟一点    细面包装上写的4分钟粗面写的12-13分钟加2-3次水(点水)



配的菜是凉拌海带丝(也是食材柜里翻出来的   每次都有新惊喜0.0)和呛生菜

凉拌海带丝:

1. 海带丝用水泡发后水烧开入锅煮十分钟   然后捞出来加入冰块降温    等变凉沥干备用

2. 姜蒜切末放在海带上

3. 热锅加油加入小米辣碎炒辣    加入酱油,醋(醋可以多放点   酸爽可口),一点点糖煮开    沸腾一会后把酱汁浇在海带上

4. 拌匀   然后就可以开吃啦~

今天懒得剥蒜切蒜   就用了上次做油焖鸡前在foodlion买的瓶装蒜末   长这样    做油焖鸡想偷懒所以买了   买回来开罐发现不是纯蒜末, 是有点调味的, 带一点点酸味


不过今天用这个做凉拌海带和呛生菜都还不错~~~

凉拌海带成品   锵锵ヾ(*Ő౪Ő*)




呛生菜就是:

生菜过热水摆盘

锅里倒油加入蒜末小米辣炒香辣后加入酱油(主要调味)和一点点糖, 一点点醋来提鲜,再加一点水(不能太甜),煮开后淋在生菜上就可以啦~~~

小米辣依然不是很辣...辣椒我都吃了好多


这两天的水果都是蓝莓    好像没怎么吃别的    明天煮个苹果吧ヾ(*Ő౪Ő*)

感觉自己今天吃了好多哈哈哈(并没有)    那么明天吃什么呢(๑¯∀¯๑)
