泡出健康:奇亚籽料理

平时早上赶着去上课,上班,的时候一定会没时间煮早餐。这时候奇亚籽就是看完美的变成一个方便速食~



奇亚籽布丁/果冻

平时吃果冻当零食……吃到都是各种糖,果冻粉,等貌似不太健康?

而用奇亚籽做的果冻可以带来饱足赶又可以当零食吃。果冻不再是滑滑的而是带有颗粒感。也在也不会摄取一堆糖了。



材料很简单:奇亚籽,冰粉,水果


1.按照包装比例泡开奇亚籽。

   (大约1大勺配一杯水)

水可以多加,最后是用冰粉来成型,多少水不影响最后成品。

抛开的奇亚籽会变蓬,有点像西米。



2.转移到锅子里加热,加入果冻粉搅拌。

  1勺~2勺。

等粉融化就可倒入容器里扔冰箱了~

(也可以放点水果进去)






奇亚籽牛奶水果罐

快速健康早餐的选择~

牛奶加奇亚籽泡好扔冰箱第二天加点水果麦片就能吃了。



材料:一个大瓶子(口径大的),牛奶,麦片,水果。



1倒入12勺奇亚籽,后加入一大杯~2大杯牛奶。(多加没影响,反正最后都会喝掉)

放入冰箱到第二天,或者等到膨胀。

2。准备水果:香蕉,草莓蓝莓等,坚果,麦片。

  大块水果推荐切成一口大小。



3。把食材全部放入泡好的奇亚籽牛奶中。

   牛奶不够的话可以在这多加一点。



盖上盖子就可以直接带走啦~
