Laoganma sesame sauce mille crepe

Although the cover looks like black material, it is really the best of the day when making brown sugar shortcake! ! !


The dark color is mainly because the chili peppers in the Laoganma sauce are roasted into a dark color, and the sesame sauce is also dark in color.


I left two extra dough for the brown sugar shortbread, so I started fiddling with myself.


Thinking of the sesame sauce biscuits, the sesame sauce was mixed with a little salt and mixed into one of them. The one in the last photo was the one sprinkled with sesame seeds, and the other one was taken apart by me to make amends. , I directly crushed it, brushed it with sesame paste, and threw it into the oven.

Although it looks ugly, as you can see from the long picture below, it is really crispy! ! ! ! And the taste of Laoganma and sesame sauce will not conflict or affect each other at all, they are very fragrant! ! ! But they are different fragrances, complement each other.

And it was because it was so flaky that I realized that my brown sugar shortbread wasn't crispy enough probably because it wasn't flat enough.

老干妈芝麻酱千层酥

虽然封面看上去像黑料,但是真的是做红糖酥饼那天的全场最佳!!!


深色的主要是老干妈酱里面的辣椒被烤成了深色,芝麻酱本来颜色也深。


做红糖酥饼剩了俩多余的做饼皮的面团,于是我开始放飞自我瞎弄。


想到了麻酱烧饼,麻酱里面加了点盐混了混包到其中一个里面去了,上一个晒单合照里面那个上面撒满芝麻的就是,而另一个被我拆了用来补救的,被我直接压扁刷上芝麻酱和老干妈扔进烤箱里去了。

虽然它长得丑,但是从下面这长图就能看出来,它真的很酥脆!!!!而且老干妈的味道和芝麻酱的完全不会相冲或者互相影响,都很香!!!但是是不一样的香,相辅相成吧。


发一个截面,底下都是掉的渣渣

真的吼吼吃!!!  也不用费尽心思去包馅料   直接拍扁就好。


而且正是因为这个很酥让我意识到我的红糖酥饼不够酥大概是因为压得不够扁。
