叉叉这一年做过的美食——日式美食篇4(寿喜烧&咖喱饭)

最后一篇日式美食啦~最后再顺带提一下唐扬鸡块   

寿喜烧非常适合喜欢甜口的人   或者不吃辣的    

我那个不吃辣的同学来我家吃火锅的话一般就吃寿喜烧  

用小砂锅直接在炉子上煮    因为这个砂锅底太小电磁炉感应不到......._(:з」∠)_   

我们一般是边涮边吃   当然全部煮好一锅端也是可以的   我比较喜欢涮得嫩嫩的牛肉~

※锅底需要的调料:

酱油(生抽  建议海天)  100ml    味淋  100ml    日是高汤(柴鱼片+昆布片出汁   嫌麻烦就清水就可以)  100ml  糖  30g

味淋就是日式料酒   主要配料就是米酒+糖    如果家里没有味淋可以自己配一配

※涮菜一般含:

肥牛片   丸子类   菇类(我不是很喜欢)   蔬菜   魔芋丝   豆腐   其他随意(其实都可以根据个人喜好来)

※底料混合加热    可以先放入香菇提味   然后就可以开始涮啦

※寿喜烧肥牛的标配是生鸡蛋    我觉得美国这边的鸡蛋应该都比较好可以生吃   不过每次吃寿喜烧的时候我还是买的trader joe's最贵的organic的鸡蛋

豆腐可以煎一煎再下锅

其实这个汤汁的味道就和我之前说的那个好吃的煎豆腐味道差不多   香香甜甜的

part 2   咖喱饭

感觉煮咖喱大家应该都会吧   也算是个比较快手的菜了

主要流程就是炒肉->炒菜(土豆胡萝卜洋葱)->加水没过食材->煮熟->加咖喱变浓稠->装盘


不过我今天要说的是   咖喱加奶油好好吃!!!!加苹果也好吃!!!!

像这样   装盘之后倒一点奶油   味道特别香浓!!!

有的时候把苹果切块了扔进去一起煮    会有一点点苹果的香味   煮软的苹果配咖喱也好吃

我平常是个讨厌吃苹果的人   我不喜欢苹果脆脆的口感    但是苹果放在咖喱里面我就很喜欢~

而且有一些牌子的咖喱包装盒上面就有写加了苹果蜂蜜

旁边这坨蛋皮本来是想给饭饭盖被子的qwq   手抖没弄好


还有小伙伴和我说咖喱加巧克力好吃    我还没有尝试过    听起来怪吓人的.jpg


还有就是有时候我会加个蛋皮   像这样

然后我们给咖喱盖一个小被子u_u


其实这个最后也加了奶油的    不过加的是淡奶油    比较稀像牛奶那种质地的~~



同样   炸猪排/炸鸡排也可以用来做咖喱饭   那样煮咖喱的时候只用煮菜就行   摆盘完毕后把切块了的猪排/鸡排摆上去就ok~




最后带唐扬鸡块出场遛一圈   只做过一回   旁边是泡菜猪绞肉杂炊

这里安利一个YouTuber   叫MASAの料理ABC   是个日本人   但是会说中文   视频全是中文的而且都不怎么长感觉都挺容易的~~~

下面这俩都是按照他的视频做的    唐扬鸡块做得不咋好看    猪绞肉泡菜杂炊好好吃!!!!(可惜当时没有韭菜)
