🐚海螺姑娘的拿手菜🐚酱爆海螺😂



周六一大早 去码头逛海鲜市场

买到了新鲜的海胆&螃蟹🦀️ &海螺🐚




这个海鲜市场只在周六早上开~一般上午十点左右就都卖完了!所以要早点去排队哈哈


话题扯远了 我们还是说海螺吧😅

海螺拿回家洗净 用盐水泡一泡 小刷子刷一刷~



然后裹上鸡蛋液 沾上面包糠 炸制两面金黄?不不不🙅🏻‍♀️

应该是开水焯7分钟左右 捞出过凉(焯水的时候记得放两片姜跟少许料酒去去腥)



然后把海螺宝宝们温柔地拽出来




先放在一边,开始准备配菜




准备好适量的干辣椒、蒜片、姜片、葱段




半个青椒半个红椒 切小块~



然后调制一下酱料

这里面有两勺味极鲜



一勺蚝油




两勺海鲜酱




一勺香醋



再加半碗清水 就搞定了~




锅内倒入少许橄榄油 油热下葱姜蒜干辣椒 爆出香味




加入青红椒翻炒几下至断生



再倒入提前配好的料汁翻炒均匀

加入一小勺绝色双椒

这款剁椒酱真的太好吃啦 炒很多菜的时候都可以放一点~





最后加入海螺肉 放一勺糖提鲜(我放的椰子糖)翻炒3-5分钟

就可以出锅啦



🌟吃的时候 记得去掉内脏(虽然有的人爱吃 但吃多无益)还有苦胆也要去掉~
