First, of course, buy chicken wings hahaha😄These are three pounds chicken wings. I baked two pans.


Wash chicken wings and soak in water to remove blood.

Sprinkle with chili flakes. I have to mention that this Sichuan-style chili noodles is amazing! Very fragrant and delicious! Whether it is cooking oil chili or barbecue, it is very spicy, fragrant and delicious~


Then pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, pepper noodles, a little pepper, a little sugar, and taste evenly.


 



Grab well and place in the refrigerator. Make it the night before and bake it at noon the next day. It just marinated overnight for more flavor.


 



When baking the next day, lightly grease the pan. Put them one by one in the baking pan, and it doesn't look like they have any peppers, because they will brush some more later.


 



Preheat oven220Celsius Approx.430Fahrenheit. Cover the middle rack with foil and bake20minutes, then remove the lid,👇Drain the excess water.


Brush the chili again and add more cumin powder!


Remember! Brush some more honey on the front and back of each chicken wing! Very delicious! There is a slight sweetness in the spicy, and the aftertaste is endless. It's a bit of a hassle, but it tastes really good!

【秀羊厨房】一学就会的麻辣烤鸡翅!



啦啦啦~我最喜欢吃鸡翅膀啦~

自己烤的敲好吃😋!分享给大家~

让我们一起愉快地撸鸡翅膀!


 



首先,当然是买鸡翅膀啦哈哈哈😄这些是三磅的鸡翅膀。我烤了两盘。


鸡翅膀洗净,浸泡去血水。

小刀在其表面划出三道杠,更容易进味!


撒上辣椒面。不得不提一下,这个川知味辣椒面特别棒!很香很好吃!无论是做熟油辣椒还是做烧烤,都很辣很香很好吃~


然后倒入适量料酒,盐,花椒面,少许胡椒粉,少许白糖,抓匀码味。


 



抓匀以后就放进冰箱。头天晚上做,第二天中午烤。刚好腌渍一夜,更进味。


 



第二天烤的时候,烤盘刷少许油。一个一个放进烤盘,看起来没什么辣椒,因为待会儿还会再刷一些。


 



烤箱预热220摄氏度 430华氏。锡纸封住中层烤箱烤20分钟后,之后揭开盖子,👇把多余的水倒掉。


再刷一遍辣椒,多刷点孜然粉!


记住!给每一只鸡翅的正反面再刷一些蜂蜜!特别好吃!辣中带着微微的甜味,回味无穷。虽然有点麻烦,但味道真的棒!


 



刷好料以后,揭开盖子,上层25010分钟,把水分烤干,再把皮烤的紧致一些。


 



然后就可以出炉啦~嘻嘻~


 



原味的就很好吃啦!

还可以蘸酱吃,我蘸的honey muster超级好吃!
