How to make glutinous rice cake:

2. Roll the dough into round strips and steam for about 10 minutes

4. Then roll it in the soy flour  

5. I put some matcha powder in the remaining glutinous rice flour in step 1, a little bit is enough, and the matcha glutinous rice cake comes out

我真的是非常喜欢红豆了

甜甜的糯糯的

吃完心里满是雀跃

这款红豆是罐头包装的,但是一点罐头的味道都没有,也不是劣质的味道。是高压锅压出来的软软的糯糯的感觉,香甜可口,但是又不腻。最方便的是开盖即食,很方便。放在蛋挞上,奶茶里,冰粉里。都让人欲罢不能。还可以做豆包,真的太好吃了。

说到冰粉,冰粉里不可或缺的就是糍粑。好的糍粑配着黄豆粉,柔软中却带有嚼劲,清香中带着豆香。

糍粑做法:

1.糯米粉加分两次加温水,温水共计50克,加完一次用筷子先搅拌,在加剩下的温水,最后不烫手揉成光滑面团,面团完全不粘手的。

2.将面团搓成圆条状,上锅蒸10分钟左右

3.等蒸好的糍粑稍微凉一些的时候,切成三厘米左右的小球球

4.然后在黄豆粉里滚一圈就好啦 

5.我在步骤一剩余的糯米粉里放了一些抹茶粉,一点点就够,出来的就是抹茶糍粑啦

然后放在冰粉里

加上刚刚的红豆

一碗冰粉就做好啦

还有一款不得不推荐的,也统统出现在我前面的图片中,就是日本的MAEDA-EN抹茶粉

这个抹茶粉小小的一罐 

味道却很浓

这就是小身材大味道的代表吧
