Eating dumplings on the winter solstice




Yesterday was the winter solstice, and it is said that if you don’t eat dumplings🥟you will freeze your ears🥟 span>👂. Haha, although I don’t believe that my ears will really freeze, but I like to do some festive things on this traditional festival day. I don’t know why, maybe it will remind me of the warmth of home.

This time I made dumplings st0 with green radish and mushrooms. Here is a little tip. The meat stuffing is marinated in sauce for a while in advance, so that it tastes more delicious.


Then kneading the noodles for a long time. After the most time-consuming work is done, you can start making the stuffing. Grate the green radishes and cut them into small pieces, dice the mushrooms, and heat the oil in the pan. Then add in the stir-fry until fragrant and dry, so that the radish is soft and glutinous and delicious and will not leak water later. Great with oyster sauce.

冬至吃饺子喽




昨天是冬至,据说不吃饺子🥟会冻掉耳朵👂。哈哈虽然我不相信真的会冻掉耳朵,但是却喜欢在传统节日这一天做一些节日的事情,不知道为什么,也许会让自己想起家的温暖。



辣椒油是自己鲜榨的,如果有喜欢的朋友,下次我给大家详细分享做法,超级香的。


这次做的是青萝卜香菇馅的饺子,这里分享一个小窍门,肉馅提前用酱料腌好放一段时间,这样吃起来比较入味。


接着和面晌面,最费时间的功夫都做好了就可以开始做馅儿了,青萝卜擦丝切成小粒,香菇切丁,锅里油热后放入炒香炒干,这样萝卜软糯好吃后续也不会出水。配上蚝油香极了。
