Today's dinner is as above: Quinoa with six-grain rice, small tomatoes, boiled eggs, edamame, and a steamed lean pork with dried plums.

Steamed dried plum meat 
Lean meat is minced by the butcher’s big brother when buying vegetables. The dried plum vegetables are purchased from Yami. The method is very straightforward and simple:

↣Add salt, a little soy sauce and sesame oil to the ground meat (I didn’t put sugar, but you can add a little sugar to enhance the taste) and let it sit for at least 15 minutes
↣ Dried plums, soaked in hot water, washed and chopped
↣Beating the ground meat vigorously until it becomes sticky, add chopped umeboshi
↣ Put it in the electric pot and steam it up

The six-grain rice was bought at Tokyo Central. There are six small bags of rice (25 grams) in this package. It will not cook too much each time and is not easy to grow worms.

Each sachet contains 95 calories and 17g of carbohydrates, compared with 168 calories and 36.7g of carbohydrates in a cup of ordinary white rice, almost half of the sugar intake.

Xindongyang’s dried plums taste good, but unfortunately I can’t make dried plums, so I have to wait until I lose weight.

I wonder if anyone has noticed that the English name of dried plum is called dried marinated mustard? 😆

《新年目標打卡第四天》七天減醣減肥

今天的晚餐內容如上:藜麥加六穀米、小番茄、水煮蛋、毛豆,另外同場加映一道蒸梅干瘦肉

蒸梅干肉做法 
瘦肉是買菜時讓肉舖大哥用瘦肉下去絞的,梅乾菜在亞米購入,做法很直接簡單:

↣絞肉加入鹽、少許醬油、麻油(我沒有放糖,但可以加入少許糖提味)靜置至少15分鐘
↣ 梅乾菜熱水泡開洗淨切碎
↣絞肉用力甩打到出現黏稠狀加入切碎梅菜
↣放入電鍋蒸跳起來就可以了

六穀米是在 Tokyo Central 買的,這一包裡面有六小袋米(25克),每次不會煮的太多也不容易長蟲。

每小袋含95卡和碳水化合物17g,比較一般白米一杯含168卡和碳水化合物36.7g,差不多少了快一半的醣份攝取。

新東陽的梅菜乾味道好好,可惜無法做梅干扣肉,只好等減肥完再來做

不知道有沒有人注意到梅菜乾的英文叫做 dried marinated mustard?😆
