I regret not stocking up on two more packs.




The ingredients I used were sour soup, beef seasoning, salad oil and a little dried chili. The side dishes are fat beef rolls300g, two pieces of Chinese cabbage, a box of white mushrooms (because I didn't buy enoki mushrooms) and vermicelli a roll.

酸汤肥牛卷





马上就要过年了。上学期就一直心心念念解锁新菜式的酸汤肥牛卷,终于在这学期快开学前做出来了☺️首先要介绍的是亚米自营的酸汤肥牛调料,简直不要太好吃!后悔没有多囤两包。




我用到的配料是酸汤肥牛调料、色拉油和干辣椒少许。配菜是肥牛卷300g,大白菜两片,白蘑菇一盒(由于没有买到金针菇)和粉丝一卷。



首先锅内加入约500g水,烧热后加入调料约130g(一包酸汤肥牛调料的一半)和干辣椒5片(根据个人吃辣的口味,我属于吃微辣型)然后放入粉丝一卷,像这种浓汤的入味的汤汁加入粉丝一般来说粉丝都很入味好吃!接着就是放入一盒白蘑菇。待到菜快熟的时候,加入两片大白菜(不敢放太多,怕吸油),然后加入肥牛卷(肥牛卷很容易烫熟,一般3-5分钟颜色就全部变了,不要烫太久了,不然肉老了嚼起来质感不好)。待到肥牛卷也烫熟以后,基本上一锅香喷喷的酸汤肥牛卷就做成了,可以关火再用余火煮一小会儿。




当当当当~两人份的酸汤肥牛卷就做成了!厨房小白也可以做的拿手好菜哟~只要有一包酸汤肥牛调料在手,春节做菜露一手😄
